1. Who Can Use the Site

The Site is open to anyone. There is no minimum age requirement or geographic restriction to browse or use the Site's free content. If you purchase a paid subscription, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and that any payment information you provide is accurate and authorized for your use.

2. What We Provide

2.1 Informational and entertainment purposes only.

Process/Results provides team implied totals, player projections, rankings, trade analysis tools, and related fantasy football content and commentary. All content on the Site — including rankings, projections, probabilities, trade analyzer results, and written analysis — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2.2 No guarantee of results.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee, promise, or assurance of any particular outcome in any fantasy football league, contest, or related activity. Projections, probabilities, and rankings are predictive estimates based on historical data and current information, and are inherently uncertain. Past performance of any projection, model, or methodology is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make using information from the Site, including roster decisions, trades, and league management choices, and for any outcomes — positive or negative — that result from those decisions.

2.3 We are not a sportsbook.

Process/Results is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling operator, or betting exchange. We do not accept, place, facilitate, or process wagers of any kind, and nothing on the Site should be construed as a recommendation or solicitation to place a wager. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

2.4 Changes to the Services.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Accounts

To access certain features — including saved rosters, the Trade Analyzer, and subscriber-only content — you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Automatic renewal.

If you purchase a paid subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout) and your payment method will be charged the then-current price for a new term, unless you cancel before the renewal date. The price and billing frequency will be disclosed to you at checkout before you pay.

4.2 How to cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you will retain access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

4.3 Refunds.

Except as required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or account credit in exceptional circumstances.

4.4 Price changes.

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If we increase the price of a subscription you have set to auto-renew, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before the change takes effect on your next renewal.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including our team implied totals, player projections, rankings, articles, trade analysis methodology, design, logos, and the "Process/Results" name and mark — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and any subscription you've purchased, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site's content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, data sources, or services (including sportsbook lines used to calculate implied totals). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or availability of any third-party site or data source.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROCESS/RESULTS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING LOSSES RELATED TO FANTASY FOOTBALL DECISIONS MADE USING OUR PROJECTIONS OR TOOLS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12.6 Survival.

All provisions that by their nature should survive termination of these Terms shall survive, including without limitation Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimer of Warranties), and 8 (Limitation of Liability).

12.7 No agency.

There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms or your use of the Site.

12.8 Construction.

You agree that these Terms will not be construed against us by virtue of our having drafted them.

12.9 Electronic contracting.

You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of these Terms and the lack of signing by the parties to execute these Terms.
